Lo que no nos gusto es que llegamos al hotel por la mañana y nos dijeron que el check in es hasta las 3, que nos podían dar la habitación a la 1 pero con un cargo extra.… lo cual no me parece una buena atención; normalmente si tienen la habitación disponible te la dan sin cobrarte de más. Tampoco tienen baño en el lobby asi que si no está lista tu habitación no puedes entrar ni al baño "
