"Perfect location, immaculate and exquisite property. Can’t imagine a better place to stay in Bruges. We stayed 4 nights and have the most wonderful time."
"Fluer de Lis was wonderful. The hosts were excellent, nothing was any trouble. We all enjoyed a chat about our countries as we are from Australia. The property was excellent, clean, quiet, friendly and a home away from home.
Supurb breakfast. 10/10"
"Cannot fault this hotel. The staff were fantastic and the amenities great. All things thought of for all ages, the spa, the pool, the games room and the ball pit. Truly something for everyone. Great place to stay if you’re visiting Brugge and have access to a car or the coastal tram for beaches and sights."
"Friendly staff from check in to check out. Hotel is within walking distance to the main hub of Bruges. Room was clean and tidy with a box of Belgian chocolates on the bed was a nice touch."
"We arrived early and we're delighted to be let in early and our bicycles safely stored in their garage. Breakfast was good. Room big and good. Would recommend "
"Loved this place in the heart of Bruges but on a very quiet street. The breakfast is magnificent and the spa is wonderful!! We will stay here again. "
"Hotel de Orangerie in Bruges was an exceptional stay. What truly set it apart was the staff—they went out of their way for every little thing we asked, always with genuine warmth and attention to detail. It made the experience feel personal and effortless. The hotel itself was charming and very well kept, and the location was ideal for exploring Bruges. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it."
"Perfect stay in Bruges!! The property was very clean and ideal in terms of location. The staff were all lovely and incredibly helpful. Cannot wait to stay again the next time I am in this beautiful city!! "
"Hotel was nice and clean and comfortable. Super close to the train station. Walked to the cute city center but can also take a taxi or uber. Staff was nice. Construction is happening around the hotel but it was quiet inside. Recommend!"

We stayed in Room 319, a mini suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom. The two major rooms had a television, two windows, and views of the Belfry Tower (also overlooking the roof tops of neighboring residences. The hotel is located on the canal where you can get on a boat to ride the canal. Staff were very helpful and all who we encountered spoke English very well. We thought the room and hotel was excellent and one we will rebook on a return trip.
Great boutique hotel in Bruges. Excellent breakfast, nice staff and a short 5 minute walk from the central square. And as a bonus: one of the best beer shops (sorry the name escapes me right now but you can't miss it) in Bruges is only about 300 meters or so from the hotel.
Mi reservación original fue por un dia pero me tuve que quedar 19 dias por una emergencia medica con mi mama.
Los empleados hicieron que toda la situacion fuerte que estaba viviendo fuera mas facil. Mas que agradecido

Perfect location in the magical town of Bruges. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable with great nearby restaurant recommendations. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and sights. Room was modern and spacious with all amenities.
The hotel is immaculately maintained, and staff is friendly, attentive, and ready to provide assistance if needed. Thomas at the front desk was especially helpful in answering questions about train service to the airport as well as several other matters. Breakfast offered a good variety in a nicely decorated sitting area. The hotel itself appears to have been a mansion of some sort in years gone by, and has some impressive architectural features. Our room was on the small side, though otherwise...
Wonderful boutique type hotel, very friendly helpful staff. Parking garage underground with elevator is just a few steps away. Everything is walkable from this hotel. It was perfect. If you're wondering about the modern glass open type bathroom, the toilet is in a seperate area with a door. There is a thin sheer curtain but not a door. We opened the storage door near one twin bed and it obscured the view. It worked fine for us. Just sat on the other side of the halfwall with the tv to...
Beautiful room. We did have to manually turn off the heater and the AC was weak, but we figured it out. The room was very nice and the staff was helpful at check-in. If you need parking, there is a lot behind the hotel, but you have to reserve it ahead of time. Otherwise the towns big parking garage is nearby ($17 euros for 24 hrs).
