"The hotel is located in the village of Blockley, one of our favourite villages in the Cotswolds, as it is completely untouristy and truly charming. It is also very close to other villages, all easily reachable within 10–15 minutes by car. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but the staff were extremely kind and even upgraded our room, giving us a very lovely and comfortable accommodation. Breakfast, ordered from the menu, was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay"

Hotel restaurant had a good choice and food was of a very good standard. Breakfast particularly set us up well for the day. Hotel staff were also welcoming and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

Offered us home made biscuits and coffee when we arrived, even though we were a bit early. The room was large and clean with a nice bathroom and coffee/tea in the room too. Breakfast was wonderful also. A short walk into town, maybe 15 minutes if that. Would highly recommend this to anyone. "
