Well located in Chelternham town.Parking very convenient however £14 on top of stay which thought should be less on top of accommodation. Check out time would be better as 11am as check in is not till 4pm . Otherwise a comfortable stay and rooms well appointed. All doors and parking coded wirh one code.

Ty he ore check to get codes for doors didn’t happen resulting in me arriving with a hope to find out details. Luckily I met an employee just leaving the property who was absolutely superb and helped tremendously but the app just didn’t happen for me. Sort from that. Great location rooms well decorated and great amenities good bathroom. Would stay again for sure

Great location, parking is extra at £14 per night. No lift. Rooms 1-7 on first floor 8-10 on second floor, 11-14 on third floor. You enter at ground level to stairs. Room 8 was spacious enough, slightly noisy a/c. One of the pillows was stained or filthy or both! Some noise from floor above. Cheap bathroom products. Did the job though for two nights.

Great location with a very short walk to the local amenities and the pre check in was thorough. The air con was a bonus in this weather and the apartment was very clean and accommodating. It has everything you might need and we weren’t disturbed by other guests.

Beautiful room. Wouldn’t recommend parking as there isn’t anywhere. The location is right near the bus stop and can hear it all night and loud bangs from very early the morning. The bed was comfortable.

Room was on top floor with excellent views, but we would book a room on a lower floor in future as it was a long way to climb while carrying a suitcase. Room small, but comfortable and was serviced daily. Nespresso machine appreciated and quality brand of teas and coffees plus pint of milk in fridge. Air conditioning powerful and valued during recent hot spell. However, whenever the air conditioner was on, the unit dripped water for hours afterwards. We had to place a bin to collect the water otherwise the water pooled by the bathroom door.
