"A lovely room with fresh milk for the coffees on arrival. Very tasty homemade shortbread to go with that, too.
A good sleep to round of a relaxing stay.
Breakfast is later than we're used to, so a nice lie-in and glad we weren't needing to be leaving before 10am."

"Lovely cosy and comfortable hotel. Was ideal for us as close to a wedding we were attending. The food in the restaurant was delicious (we had an evening meal there but didn't order breakfast).

"The hotel was located right on the Main Street and o we looked the river, that’s fabulous. The room was nice BUT NO A/C and our days and nights were in the 80s!
The breakfast was lovely and a full English breakfast.
They only have 4 parking spots, so beware! Parking every 90 mins was tricky. But after 6pm, shoppes closed. Must move car 8am!
So, travel by train, then do the hiking. It worked out and we have a fabulous time"

"The check in process is a joke. I was supposed to get a text with a lock box code that didn’t arrive. It took ages for someone to answer a call and when they did they sent me the wrong code. Recommend using email instead of text as travellers like me are using esims because of high roaming data charges. The day after I checked in the same thing happened to another guest. Just terrible"
