"Staff courteous and helpful. Rooms a little dated especially the pod bathroom we had but apparently the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment. Nice area with a few restaurants, coffee shops nearby and close to the airport."

"My room had just been cleaned as I had to wait and I went upstairs with the concierge as he has my case. It smelt of smoke and he went and got some air freshener and sprayed the room. Bests were comfortable, towels old and frayed not like a 5 star at all. I heard people/kids running through the corridors all night screaming shouting. "

"Room was Non Smoking but was filled with tobacco odour. But later they changed the room Check-in staff was very rude and weirdly unfriendly Rooms are little cramped. Tamara staff was good 👍"
