"I was just there for three nights, I was comfortable for what I needed, 10 minute walk to Diegem station, no shops or anything other than hotels which was fine. The first night I arrived I was given my room key and I opened the door and it was either someone’s room or the room had not been cleaned from the previous guest. Immediately given another room and the rest was fine. Friendly helpful staff."

"New hotel .All was fine, except that the parking entry bars where defective. Helpfull team. Perfect to go by light rail to Brussels. The Dirgem station is 3 min walking away."

"This is a very new hotel in excellent condition. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. My only complaints are as follows: the restaurant is not open on weekends, though I was able to order a lovely dinner from a limited menu and ate it in the bar area; there were no plugs near the bed ( I couldn’t find any in the bedroom area) so I had to use the bathroom plug to charge my phone and couldn’t use my cpap. (I did not contact the front desk as I was there for only ine night) and the shuttle to the airport became overly crowded after picking up guests from several other hotels on the way."

"Th hotel is located 5 minutes from the train station—though that isn't exactly "close." On the positive side, the decor is minimalist; however, the staff seemed disorganized. (The in-room safe wasn't working, and we received five different explanations until we finally got the definitive verdict from a more honest employee, who admitted that the safe in that specific room was broken.) The room itself was clean, featuring a good-sized bathroom and a kitchenette. My biggest issue is that the room suffered from a lack of maintenance. Since the hotel is relatively new, this isn't a major problem *yet*—but the issues were numerous: an inoperable safe, closet doors off their tracks, a disconnected cooktop, a TV that wouldn't turn on because its power cable was unplugged at the back, and a used sponge left in the sink. Preventive maintenance is definitely not "up to date." They suggested moving us to a different room, but we didn't feel the need, as we were leaving in the morning and only returning at night to sleep. I don't usually write reviews containing destructive criticism—I work in the hospitality industry myself—but I decided to write this one because these are problems that could be solved very quickly, easily, and at practically no cost. All that's needed is a little more attention from whoever supervises room turnover, along with better coordination among the staff members. A definite highlight was the airport shuttle—a perfect 10! "My stay here was really nice. Friendly staff, good selection of breakfast items, clean spacious rooms and gym. You can enjoy complimentary coffee at the dining area open 24hrs. The property has secured parking as well. Highly recommended."

"Overall, the hotel is decent. The main issue is that it’s quite a long walk to the nearest railway station. Also, many trains that pass through this station don’t actually stop there. In my case, the train that was supposed to run once an hour simply didn’t show up. The facilities are generally in line with a three-star hotel, but the shower had very low water pressure, and the water was barely warm. The key card for the door kept not working, so I constantly had to go to the staff to have it replaced. This wasn’t just my issue — other guests experienced the same problem."
