Moxy Aberdeen Airport
10/10 Excellent
"Super convenient. Great to have bar and food available, as well as extensive canteen-for-purchase options. Room clean and quiet and comfortable."
Meldrum House Country Hotel & Golf Course
8/10 Good
"Staff were all very pleasant but service could be improved. Found the quality and comfort of the estate room much better than the stable rooms having stayed in both room types."
The Aberdeen Dyce Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Hotel was lovely, was kept waiting at reception for a while before being attended to,the male attendant was great, informative, polite and helpfull also apologised for the hold up. Staff at reception and pool area seem fed up with their duties, my opinion, bar and dining staff couldnt be more helpfull, very attentive, great with kids and served with a smile andca wee chat, very professional. Room had a spider web and resident spider behind curtain, much to my grandchildrens upset so clearly not been hoovered for a while. Breakfast and breakfast service was amazing. Staff couldnt be more helpfull even under pressure. Lovely food and plenty to eat, go early"
The Chester Hotel
8/10 Good
"The Gallery Bar and Restaurant was very good for cocktails, dinner and dessert! Delicious!!! Breakfast was okay. The classic king room was a nice size for a solo traveller. The bathroom could have used a fresh coat of paint and refreshed bath sealant. The rest of the hotel room was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had a peaceful stay at the Chester Hotel."
Hilton Aberdeen TECA
8/10 Good
"Given a handicap room which was not requested. Told checkout was 10am. Other guests had noon checkout Told it would cost us extra for noon checkout. No explanation. Excessive price for breakfast. Won’t stay at this Hilton again"
Leonardo Hotel and Conference Venue Aberdeen Airport
10/10 Excellent
"Really helpful staff giving advice on bike storage, amenities in the mountain biking area we were visiting and also advice on allergies for breakfast. Quiet, large room. Will be back!"
Village Hotel Aberdeen
8/10 Good
"The check-in process was disappointing because I had to ask about nearly everything. The listing stated that a parking tag would be provided if parking was included, but none was given. When I asked, I was told that parking required an additional fee, which was then added to our room. The pool also costs extra, and unfortunately, it was not worth it. We went to use the hot tub but were told we couldn’t use it because the bubbles weren’t running. The staff member who told us was not friendly or helpful. My husband and son then attempted to swim, but two lanes were reserved for lap swimming and the remaining area was being used for swim lessons. My mother-in-law, who was fully dressed and not swimming, was even told she couldn’t use her phone to take a picture. The pool hours are also very limited, especially for families. If you are checking in and want your children to swim, you’ll need to go almost immediately. Needless to say, we left after about five minutes and felt like we had completely wasted our money."
Ardoe House Hotel & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean, comfortable bed. Safe area. Beautiful grounds, looked more like a castle than most castles we saw. Somehow cost half the price of dumpy hotels."
Balmoral Arms
10/10 Excellent
"The room was absolutely stunning!! Nice renovations. Bar and lobby area so comfortable. Staff very friendly."
