"Just had a lovely little.weekend at hotel wrexham with he wife. . Lovely clean hotel and very nice savvy fox pub. Very nice place . Quiet off the beacon track but well worth the stay. We will be back 5*****"

"The inn is easy to locate with ample parking.The staff are very warm and friendly.They explain everything on offer and whats available.we were shown to our room ,the 4 post bed room, which was very well ,spacious,large bathroom, both .very clean.
Food on offer was great with good varied menu and good portions.
All the staff make the Winnstay a great experience and i highly recommend this accomodation ."

"Such a nice place to stay and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. My daughter loved the fries from the night before that much that she asked for them again for breakfast 😅 As weird a request it was at 9am, they did them for her. I think things like that really go a long way. We’ll definitely be staying again."

"The hotel side of things was fine. The room was clean and comfortable and good value. The service in the bar was something else. At first the service to the table was ok but soon got slower so we ordered digitally. This was very hit and miss with long waits. One order wasn't delivered at all. We were told that none of the staff had acknowledged the order within 10 minutes it had automatically been returned. We oredered food which took an hour and a half to come. In the meantime my daughter went...

"We had a very long journey and were very tired Olin arrival, we were greeting by a lovely receptionist, it was quite late in the evening so we were thrilled to see the room service options, had a lovely meal, wonderful sleep on extremely comfortable beds, breakfast was delightful as were all the staff. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Beaufort Park "

Very friendly staff on check in & service with a smile goes along way these days.
Not really a criticism but the Decor was a bit dated but runs in theme of the Hotel I suppose 😊
Room was very spacious and plenty of storage.
Bathroom was clean and the Shower was great, powerful & hot 👍
Towels were nice & soft which I love in hotels.
Smart TV which was just great if you wish to log onto your Netflix, Prime, BBCIplayer, ItvX etc or you can use your fire stick....

"The staff in every section were fantastic, Cheerful, helpful and very polite. Food was cooked to perfection, Breakfast had plenty of choice and would cook extra things for you if they had it. For us, a couple in our 70's it was absolutely 100% perfection and if we come back to Chester again we will certainly be staying here."
