The Chateau is very cute, outside of Saint-Malo old town but close, with nice gardens benches and statues and a chapel …you can rent bikes from hotel to go in the town if you don’t have a car. The staff is fantastic , very kind and helpful. Our room was very clean, comfortable bed, nice garden view, quiet night. We did not try the breakfast because every night we woke up early to drive somewhere but I’m sure it’s a fantastic French/ continental breakfast…we will definitely try it next time… Who...

Great place to enjoy St. Malo for a few days. It's location is perfect, situated right next to the beach and in good distance from the town center (about a 30 min walk). The staff is unbelievably helpful.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Le Nouveau Monde. The hotel is comfortable and well located, but what particularly stood out was the excellent service. The reception staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful, as were the staff at the bar. When we had a problem with the Nespresso machine in our room, reception responded quickly, and the maintenance staff member who came to assist us was also extremely helpful and promptly replaced the machine. We stayed here for 4 nights and had an overall good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was small (16m2) but it had everything we needed. We were contacted prior to our stay about our room preferences (1 double bed vs two single beds or bathtub vs shower) and our preferences were taken into account. The staff, hotel, location, and our room were all wonderful. The onsite parking, although expensive, was very convenient and made our stay easier. The one very disappointing aspect was the breakfast. It was below average, especially for a four-star hotel. The selection was limited, the few hot items available were barely warm, and the fruit and salads did not appear particularly fresh. Very warm welcome upon arrival. We were escorted to our room with two liters of filtered water, and shown how to operate the room temperature control and TV (this was a first in all my years of travel!). Hotel was quiet, room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options to please many tastes. Thank you for a welcoming and restful stay!

Excellent hotel meeting all expectations of a regular 3 star facility. Breakfast in the morning was excellent but dining options were limited so we decided to have dinner in town.

Couldn’t fault the room itself but did find the walk from our car to our room difficult with a load of baggage & a disabled husband. We will definitely stay again & hopefully when I request a room for a disabled person we will get one closer to where we had to park the car.

Close to beach and citadel. One has to clean up and wash dishes or one will be charged a cleaning fee.

My husband and I enjoyed two delicious dinners in the hotel restaurant. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Our standard room was spacious and very well appointed.

Room was a 1st floor room with a relaxing terrace that we used frequently. The street is hidden from terrace, so it was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The dining room was gorgeous, and the breakfasts were best hotel breakfast we've had. The garage is small, but convenient; out the back door and across the alley.
