We had a nice stay with Jean Luc. He is so earnest and caring. He was always patient and helpful in guiding us to the must-see sights on our list. This is a glimpse of French country living as it was in the past. Enjoyed Jean Luc's crepes of which is rightfully proud.

Le Château de la Villedubois is a very special place! It is not a hotel… but really, it’s so much more. The owners are lovely, friendly and very helpful. They are custodians of a rich history and have renovated their family home with integrity and wonderful taste!
You will need your car to get around. It is very private and the rooms are truly spacious and beautifully decorated.
The breakfast offered was perfect. There are quite a few very good restaurants within a 10 mns drive on the outskirts...
Charming hotel with an excellent location. There were some steep and narrow steps to get up to my room on the top floor, but it was absolutely worth it - the room was spacious, thoughtfully laid out, & the bed was very comfortable. Staff were all incredibly helpful & took care of getting my baggage down for me. Would absolutely stay there again if I return to Dinan.

I really enjoyed my one day stay at hotel ocean. It was five minutes out of the old city. Very walkable. The room was small, but more than sufficient. There’s no elevator, therefore the staff offered to assist with the luggage. Good free overnight parking in a lot right in front of the hotel. There was a recommendation also for dinner, but I decided to go elsewhere because I wanted to go into the old town the breakfast was a continental breakfast, but quite a few and unlimited choices. It is 2015 and I am riding in the Paris-Brest-Paris bike race. I am searching online for accomodations on the course when I was directed by a friend to look at this hotel. The hotel is located close to a major highway near to St-Onen-La-Chappel. I was able to visit the hotel ahead of the bike event where I left supplies for when I would arrive on a bicycle.
