The staff seemed genuinely glad that we were staying there. They showed consistently that our Hotel stay was going to be excellent. We added breakfast on our last day a hour before departure and they were able to set us up in their bar area, as the main dining area was still full. We sat on the interior patio several nights to taste wine that we had bought locally. The staff always came to check in on us.

Beautiful chateau, comfortable room, delicious food, and French wine. What more would you need for a true French experience! The hosts are a young couple from Belgium who truly love their chateau and enjoy sharing it with others. He is not only an excellent chef, but does an informative and delightful tour of their vineyards with wine tasting. She maintains the rooms and they are beautiful, cozy, and unique. She is also the dessert maker for the evening meal. It was a charming weekend because...

The hotel is fantastic, the pool and the amenities in general are very neat. They offer us a baby crib and the front desk people were fantastic. The only bad side is if you do not speak French it was very difficult to get service at the one restaurant available because no one but the front decal and the manager speak English. I guess if you travel to a country where French is the first languages expected however for the price I would have expected more English friendly service.
