All hotels was fully booked in Pau, found this nice hotel in the foothills of the Pyrenees. Stayed for 5 nights. Basic but very clean rooms, good wi-fi and work desk allowed for effective work at the hotel.

I stayed at the Hotel Majestic in late Sept 2015. My review is delayed because I mistakenly thought that I had completed it (when, in fact, I hadn't). The hotel is centrally located, and it is ~5 min walking distance from the Shrine. Upon check-in, my family realized that we were going to be on the top-most floor. The hotel is located a few hundred meters to several restaurant choices and there is a very vibrant nightlife on the Saturday I was there. Very clean, great breakfast buffet and the room, while no frills, was clean and modern. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel is located close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean however the toilet seat needs replacement. Our room has a small but nice balcony. Breakfast is adequate. Great rate and will definitely stay there again in the future.
