The staff was very welcoming and more than helpful. When we found ourselves in a bind because we needed fuel and the only service stations open were automated (which don't accept American credit cards), the hostess went with us and used her personal credit card to get us on the road again. (We paid her back with cash.)

Hôtel situé un peu à l' écart et accessible par un funiculaire à partir de l' hôtel NH city. Mais néanmoins bien situé proche des transports en commun,metro pour l aéroport et les tramways pour les différents sites de la ville. Chambre grande et bien équipée même si la décoration est light. Pdj de qualité de standard international. Le restaurant est agréable en terrasse l' été,mélange de cuisine locale et internationale. Personnel agréable et réactif, problème de climatisation réglé rapidement.

The location is perfect for walking to the local attractions

Great place. Best dinner of our trip during the Tour de France. Pool was very nice. So was the grounds of the hotel. The staff was also great. Perhaps the best night of our trip traveling along with the Tour de France.

This is a gorgeous manor house in the heart of the Dordogne Valley next to the river. The views are spectacular and the gardens are beautiful. Be sure to get the breakfast because it is a feast of local flavors. Wonderful hosts who can make excellent dining recommendations. Worth the money for a once in a lifetime experience.

Very basic room and amenities. However room was clean, staff was nice and friendly and free parking. Good value.

This out of the way small hotel is amazing The gardens are lovely, along the river and old bridge, and the restaurant truly special. It’s close to Rocamadour and other sites. FYI: There aren’t shops nearby, but a casual lunch place with good food is a fifteen minute walk.

Nice hotel, great view out of our window, wonderful dinner (get the lamb), helpful concierge. Breakfast was problematic, overworked waiter who could not keep straight which customers he should serve next. So, despite being there earlier than most we were served later than some who came after. Parking and driving the tight cobblestone road is also no fun but that is to be expected and comes with the territory. All in all a wonderful stay in a wonderful place. One night is sufficient.

Very nice hotel in Brive. Note that while they have a small private parking area you have to reserve in advance. It wasn’t obvious and when I got there the parking area was full. However there were plenty of paid street parking very close to the hotel and I got a spot right in front. Otherwise very nice hotel and helpful staff.

A very convenient and comfortable base for our six-day exploration of the Périgord Noir region. Free parking. An easy walk into Sarlat old town. Breakfast was generous, sometimes we skipped lunch later. Quite a few restaurants and cafes nearby. There are no refrigerators in the rooms, if that is important to you. Staff are glad to fill ice / water thermos. Our room window looked out on greenery growing on the neighbors' roof. Stepping up into the bathroom took getting used to. Suggest some...
