This was most pleasant experience we had on this trip. Geoffery went above and beyond to see that we were well taken care of. The food was excellent and the room was more than we had expected. All-in all a GREAT Experience and we are recommending anyone traveling in this area to stay at this hotel!
This stay exceeded all of my expectations. Christian attended to my every need from greeting at the gate to taking care of a complete breakfast right outside my room. the facilities were amazing, the room was very comfortable, the garden beautiful. It was a slice of heaven.
Loved the hotel location within the Village of Chateau Coucy. On all walks you see remnants of the extensive fortress that was Coucy. Destroyed by the monarchy, then rebuilt, then destroyed again by war, it was a very interesting visit with many romantic views of the ruins. Our hotel room had wonderful sunset views of the ruins as well. Our room accommodated two adults and two kids in bunk beds. All beds were comfortable. There was a table and chairs which was nice to have. Shower only, but...
A rustic property in the quaint village of Longpont, this hotel felt a little like one of those “Restaurants with rooms” concepts that are springing up now, in that everything revolves around the restaurant, more or less. And that’s no bad thing, as the restaurant serves excellent dinners on it’s lovely outdoor terrace (with inside dining too if the weather is bad)

Quiet suburban location, fairly easy to reach on the N2 (or N1?) bus line from the Train Station (stop: Castel Repos, just past Carrefour and Hexagone.) wifi login a bit cumbersome, but generally functional until too many guests logon. Room is good with private bathroom, fridge, big windows (I could see the river Marne, which is a great place to walk.) No air con, and no fan, so a bit hot for those few weeks of summer per year. We arrive at the hotel around 8AM after an overnight flight from JFK and we were provided a room. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful, friendly and spoke very good English. The town of Pierrefonds is a delight and a tour of the castle is mandatory. The local bakery is not to be missed.
