The hotel is beautiful and the pool amazing. Our room was immaculate. I wanted to especially recommend the kids club, led by Carlitos. Our kids (8yo boy and 6yo girl) absolutely loved the kind and friendly staff and the wide variety of arts and crafts. The week's schedule was so thoughtfully planned. This was the real highlight for them. They lined up each morning waiting for it to open. :-)

The location of this hotel is superb. It sits right on the water, with several restaurants within a short walk. I believe most, if not all, of the rooms have ocean views and a small terrace. Our room had an incredible view directly overlooking the beach, and the terrace was the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise each morning.
There is a fun bar just below the hotel that serves great sangria. The hotel staff were nice and helpful, though not especially outgoing.

We thought the property itself was beautiful. Upon checking in you are greeted with a welcome drink! The front deskman that checked us in was so nice, kind, and helpful. We stayed in the roof top suite and the view from the roof was breathtaking. The distance from the airport to the hotel is less than 15 minutes which we loved because we wanted to stay in close proximity. The hotel restaurant was so chic -- we had the half board w/ breakfast and dinner included and it was delicious. Great stay!
I participated in a triathlon race in Mallorca and had a bicycle crash on a rented bike. The staff was incredible! They were helpful working on the phone with various people to get the bike back, and even mailed some of my left behind items to my home in the States. Everything about this place is geared around the guest. Staff is attentive, friendly, efficient, and eager to help. The buffet dining area is not your ordinary buffet; it's a masterpiece in presentation and taste and well attended so there are never any empty choices. Excellent location for a short walk to the beach and shops. Rooms are refreshed daily and kept clean and neat. You will not be disappointed by staying here.
