"A lovely stay! Accommodation was very good but only the news available in English on TV. Pools were lovely, generally a quiet environment and easy access to everywhere."

"Property in need of some modernisation. My room was small for 3 adults and the aircon was insufficient. The room however was kept clean and fresh towels delivers daily if needed. The staff were amazing and the hotel kept clean inside and out. Ample choice for breakfast (I booked b&b) all fresh. Enjoyed my stay "

Tasty breakfast and dinner buffet with lots of different things.
Hotel rooms were quite plain. we bought flowers to make it little more cozy. Also missed better bathroom things. Bathrobes were nice. Pool area very pleasant but towels could be more comfortable. Everything very beige.
We did not know that the marvelous UP terrace was not included to our hotel price."

"our room was huge and spotless , staff were super friendly and helpful , no room service however we had a washing machine so preferred cleaning our own towels and super handy cleaning our clothes. The pool was lovely and was super quiet . we loved everything about our stay here and will certainly be back "

All inclusive buffet options weren’t great. Poolside bar closed for a period of time during the day which wasn’t great as my kids wanted to stay by the pool and have lunch instead of sitting in a restaurant"

"I was initially surprised that this property was only 3 star, however there were some details that became apparent throughout my stay for it being 3* not 4*. The grounds and outdoor furnishings are lovely and it has a very classy and relaxing feel, while being immaculate and outside areas cleaned thoroughly. Room was beautiful with excellent kitchen facilities. Room cleaning wasn’t great, especially when there is a bin for toilet paper where the foot pedal didn’t work and it wasn’t emptied one...
