"We were greeted at check in with a glass of prosecco each before going to the room. The room was a family room which provided a very spacious bedroom and seperate living room with a sofa bed. The spa facilities were absolutely beautiful and being located so close to the car park for us was ideal. Pet friendly and the area of Bad Reichenhall is absolutely stunning. We would stay in this hotel again tomorrow if we could. Loved it."

"The staffs were friendly. Hotel facilities are top notch. Food services was excellent. Everything was near perfect except the Ski Shop in hotel. I understand the hotel may just leased the build to ski shop and the shop may not be a part hotel at all, but it doesn't match with hotel standards. The skis were outdated, no high end skis even they claimed they had, and didn't allow you return rental ski early for any reason. We did many many ski trips in Austria Alps this is the first ski shop has this kind ridiculous policy. Try to avoid The hotel Ski Shop. You can rent ski at Ski Resort at better brands, better price, and NEW skis. "

"The room was clean and comfortable with balcony view of the town and mountain. Wifi was fast. Breakfast was excellent with many health options. Parking was easy. About 1.2 km away, walking distance is towncenter shopping center with many great dining options, Vietnames food, etc. The check-in staff was very helpful and spoke perfect English. Highly recommend this hotel visiting Halstatt, Salzburg and nearby towns."

"The apartment was nice with beautiful view. Kitchen was without toaster no ”fairy” and only one tablet for dishwasher. Lack of space to put down your stuff in bathroom. It was my husbands 70th birthday and I asked if I could order something but they said the hotel will bring something which never happened. A chaningroom in spa area would be nice "

"We absolutely loved this hotel. Everyone but two staff members was amazing. The young man that works the morning desk absolutely the best. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have what you need. The breakfast staff members were amazing. There is the one lady that worked the after desk that’s horrific. She needs a new career because she is miserable and mad at the world. The young man told us he would get us more train tickets to come back in 5 minutes because we extended our stay. I come back after he went home. We asked her for the tickets. She rudely said step in front of the desk not the side. She said just use your old tickets they will work I don’t see anything. Just an angry tone. Did say good by have a nice day nothing. Just started at us with hate for no reason. But other than her we loved it there we ended up staying two extra nights. The free area train tickets were a huge plus. It’s an easy walk to the train station! "

"The cleanliness, privacy, spa, outdoor swimming pool which has the perfect temperature allowing us to swim for as long as we wanted and also the ski academy with slopes a few steps away! It was also a convenient 13 minute ride to city centre and also had a local shop nearby. The ski room and indoor shop were good as well. Food was of high quality, especially room service which often isn’t in some hotels. "
