The hotel is a great place to stay in Viernheim. The staff are great, breakfast is good. The area outside is not the best, but otherwise it is great. I will return.

We loved the charm of the hotel. The staff exceeded expectations, helping us have a package shipped with items we had forgotten at a previous hotel in Munich. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Only a couple of minor problems. We had two rooms, #19 and #14. Room #14 was supposed to be smoke-free but clearly someone had smoked a lot in it. When we inquired about moving, we were told that they only clean rooms as needed, to check with them the next day. We checked the next day but after lunch,...

We arrived much later at night than expected and I was worried about the lack of 24 hour desk but we did get the lock box figured out (once you get the key, it's the entrance right next to the lock box, only a few staeps away) and finally got to our room. Without an elevator, the steps were hard on my not-so-great knee, but we made it to find a huge room for our family of four. It's more like an apartment. Right outside the train station and a short walk to sights. Breakfast was good and there is locked, indoor bike parking.

This was the first hotel on a 2 week trip with 9 other friends. Only one other hotel compared with the great quality. The front staff was great, rooms large, solid breakfast, good bar, easy parking, and lots of eating choices within a medium walk /short drive. While this was a pass through location, we will stay here again if we stay in the Heidelberg area.

Really enjoyed the stay, clean room and friendly helpful staff

the room was great. Extremely clean. Loved that both parking and breakfast were free. the breakfast was amazing. best free hotel breakfast I've ever had. I was stunned when I walked into the breakfast area. white linen table cloths. silverware etc. Food selection was outstanding, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, bread. I would love to visit and stay there again.
