"Beds are comfortable but rooms are small. Shower is very small but it worked. Everything was clean. Front desk is friendly. If you come by train, take an uber to get to the hotel…it’s the easiest way. Hotel provided free public transportation with our room stay so that was very nice. Easy walk to the fortress and the squares. Would stay again!"

"We did not actually get to stay here due to the hotel being under renovations and didn't have enough rooms for us. The customer service was fantastic though. They already had a "just as good; if not better" nearby hotel room reserved for us. They even had all payments and information already switched over seamlessly. The lobby of the hotel look really nice, and I will definitely keep this on the top of our list for when we return."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Master Mirabell. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay in Salzburg. The location was probably my favorite part. We arrived by train and were able to walk from the station with our luggage, and once we settled in, we walked almost everywhere. Mirabell Gardens are just a few minutes away and Old Town is an easy and beautiful walk across the river. I was a little unsure about the self check-in at first since there isn’t a traditional hotel front desk, but it ended up being very easy and we had no issues at all. Overall, this was a great find for our family. It gave us more space than a regular hotel room, the location was excellent, and it made exploring Salzburg very easy. I would definitely recommend Master Mirabell and would stay here again."
