We were looking for something in the proximity of Münster so this worked great. The hotel was very modern, offered underground parking for a reasonable rate, and was in a great location of Lüdinghausen as well. We had a balcomy with a grest river view and a kitchen we used more then once for the traditional European breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
We weren't here to see Recklinghausen so I can't speak for the local area.
Room is comfortable. Bed harder than I like - but you can ask for a pillow top if it is too hard for you too.

Even number rooms look out on the dead-end street and the odd ones out of the construction area.

The beds were twins, which was not what we expected but were fairly comfortable. The pillows are huge but collapse down to nothing. There were not bed sheets over the fitted sheet, just a comforter.
