It wasn't too far to travel too from the main station and easy to access with my Eurail pass. Did not need any other ticket. Place was cleaner than I expected. Very modern room. I was actually impressed with the inner room. Only place I saw a working heating in over 16 hotels I passed through in 16 days. I would definitely recommend staying here. Good property, new, quiet. Easy to walk to town along the river at day time taking about 30 minutes . Need to transit at main station to get on S8/9 to airport if you take U6 train. Need to make sure train is operating otherwise suggest to take Uber.

Wonderful stay. Friendly, helpful staff. The 5th floor kitchen and shop is such a nice amenity ! The area is walkable and easily accessible to sights, public transport and restaurants. My room was comfortable and cozy with a boutique hotel feel. Thanks for making my first visit to Germany so welcoming

It was a great hotel. It's clean and has an outstanding view. Anyone will like it if they come here. Everything was great, but there was one very unpleasant thing. I parked a car at parking lot of the hotel, I wasted quite a lot of money on parking. I parked my car in the hotel parking lot. I had no idea that every time I put my car in and out, I got no information about the fee, and I ended up having to pay a big fee when I checked out. This is not common sense. Stayed here during our whirlwind tour of Europe. Nice and clean with friendly staff and a great breakfast. No complaints about this property at all.

The staff at this hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful during our 3 day stay in Frankfurt, Germany. The Hotel is beautiful, has unique rooms, is reasonably priced and environmentally friendly. It is in a convenient location with restaurants and a market within walking distance. There is limited parking at the Hotel but we were able to find street parking one street over near the Botanical Garden. We look forward to another stay here in our future!

No water kettle, tea bag in the room

When we drove up, we were not sure because the sign only said HOTEL on top where another word had been. But once we walked through the door, it was bliss. We were given an upgrade to a truly marvelous room. It had a dozen long windows in an expanded wide bay area with views over the city. Hard to describe - unbelievable! The beds were crisply white with lovely down comforters for the season. Bath was extremely large and even had a bath scale. Breakfast boasted over 50 selections, but...

Clean, safe and Amazing staff, we were greeted with a big smile which was so nice after almost 26 hours of traveling. The guy at the receptionist he is the best, also the supervisor, they were super helpful, providing us guidance in our first time in Frankfurt. A lovely hotel. Our room was so pretty, clean, comfortable. Staff were nice and informative. Would choose the same hotel again.
