"Amazingly large rooms with incredible full wall length windows for great views. The rooms were extremely new and modern. There were power blinds inside the windows. The shower had a rain fall head and was large. They provided bathrobes. It felt truly luxurious. The beds were soft and the most comfortable ones we had during our whole vacation at multiple hotels. The location was right next to the train station which is nice for transporting luggage and it wasn't ran-down dirty like areas next to train stations can be. The breakfast was incredible. It's on the top floor of the hotel and you can see the whole city. Excellent way to start your day. The only negative is that we tired every switch and button in the room and couldn't figure out a way to adjust the a/c - heat- fan for the room climate."
"The hotel is good and the staff is friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. The problem we had was with our welcome to the hotel. We travelled by train to Heidelberg and did not have a lot of control over when we got to the hotel. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30pm (check in time 3pm). When we tried to check in, we were told we were a little early, but if we paid 20 Euro extra we could check in. Most every hotel we stay at has a check in time, but will not enforce it if a room is available. The 20 Euro offer implies that a room is available but we can only enter it if we pay extra. This greeting when we arrived is enough for us to remember to not reserve a room at a Premier Inn again."
"Over all the stay of 2n there were good, roomy & clean room with good view. Only not fully satisfied with the breakfast we paid for, no cover or heating container for hot dishes ie egg & pancake..so all food were cold, and has not much selection. The lady serving there was very nice that she made fresh scramble eggs for us. Specialty coffee are all u can drink."
"Just a really welcoming place. Nice pool with open air bar. Air conditioning in room wasn't great but there was a great fan. Food in restaurant a bit pricey but nice burger. Free mint & lemon water, nibbles & sweets near reception. Loads of TV channels from all over the world & good WiFi. Parking included on site. Breakfast skipped, again a bit pricey. A lovely bar of chocolate each, free on leaving. The receptionist was particularly good."
