Lovely quaint hotel , very large rooms, more like a very large one bedroom apartment than a hotel room. Very comfortable, and lovely views of potted plants in an interior private entrance to the rooms. Relaxing! Centrally located.
The only slight negative was the breakfast buffet in the restaurant across the cobblestone street, owned by the hotel. Not at the same standards in our opinion than the other quaint hotels we stayed in throughout Germany. But certainly passable.
Nice room with balcony. Storage space was a bit small, but good enough for up to 2 people for a couple of days. Breakfast was reasonably priced and quite good. Check-in and parking was several blocks away, so good to be prepared upon entering the town. The staff is very kind and helpful. Location fantastic.

The hotel has two buildings. We stayed in the historic one, and the ambience is charming. The newer one, where the checkin desk is located, is also nice.
Both hotel restaurants offer great dinner options.
The breakfast (served in the newer building) is excelent -- one again, the best in these two weeks.
The location is most central.
Parking: you can park overnight for free in the street just nearby, during the day it is 2 hour limit....
A lovely hotel right across from the famous church. Staff was very friendly, room was just right, and the buffet breakfast was wonderful. Such a pretty breakfast room with a nice table setting. Best coffee I had in a long time.
This property is well maintained and the service was excellent. It is roughly 10 minutes walking distance to the train station which has routes to Nuremberg and Rothenberg. The restaurant is fantastic and very well priced. Our room was spacious (even by U.S. standards) and modern, and I never heard any noise from neighboring guests. My only minor complaint is that they do not take American Express even though Expedia accepted my American Express card to make the reservation. Nonetheless, I would...
Hotel was a great place to getaway close to many castles to visit and countryside to take it. The room was set up beautifully and came stocked with snacks and drinks. The hotel restaurant was great we ate there 2 of our 4 nights. The Menu is very accommodating and the staff very friendly and helpful (they have English menus as an option).
Beautiful rooms and weathered wood and stone corridors and dining room that made you feel like you were in a medieval fairytale. Breakfast in the dining room was a lovely, relaxed atmosphere and we so enjoyed the hotelier's hospitality. Staying here made our trip - and we considered staying another night! 10/10 would recommend.

Checking in was simple. The desk clerk was very helpful and spoke English and German. Our room was on the top floor of the hotel facing the street. The room interior was clean, modern and furnished well. The bathroom was nice, spacious with a tub/shower combined.
