"Excellent choice of the hotel for us for the short stay in town. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. We arrived after hours and the key was left for us with a note at the front desk. It was quiet at night even though the hotel is located on the central street breakfast in the morning was a delicious treat."

"The staff were so very friendly. The breakfast was satisfactory, and great that they had options for non-dairy milk. The room was OK; the main issue was the bathroom which had no shower curtain or protective door so the floors got wet easily when showering."

"Generally the hotel is really stylish and is in a nice setting with good underground parking (although this is quite a bit extra). The breakfasts are sufficient and well presented. The pool and spa are nice and clean and what you would expect from a hotel of this cost. It's a 10mins walk in to the town (downhill going, but uphill coming back 😧). Overall, it's is a decent 5star hotel with service and amenities you would expect for what you are paying."

"The apartment is located in a very quiet area, a 20-minute drive from Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad). Convenient and smooth online check-in. The apartment is clean and well-equipped. Parking is available. The price is reasonable. I'd say it was perfect for our two-night stay."
