"Check in was ok although a long line with only 2 ppl in front desk. It was prepaid w/double breakfast but the next day the breakfast site could not find my record so the bill was sent to my room. Later then I received a call from front desk to ask how to pay the room fee etc. I replied it was prepaid and then I sent my receipt to front desk, then front desk said they need to verify with if I need to pay or not with financial dept to check if they receive fund or not. No information was replied...

"I stayed here for 9 nights, and it was very comfortable. Rooms were pretty big, quiet and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom had a glass enclosed shower along with a full-size tub. Water temperature was perfect. Laundry service was also great. The staff was very helpful and professional, but there is a bit of a language barrier when it comes to communication. But the use of a translator really helped. I loved the robots located in the lobby. The onsite restaurant was...
