"Hotel Indigo has extremely friendly staff (professional and welcoming). Central location, very close to Bourke street. Silent, no street noise at all or even sounds from other guests. Also, impressively thick curtains. After a late arrival, I slept well after sunrise! Comfy bed. The reception is surprisingly on the second floor. Multiple speedy elevators made access very easy. "Have stayed at the Savoy on Little Collins several times. Always a very pleasant experience and the location can’t be beat being right across the road from Southern Cross Station. Rooms are spacious and well appointed and lovely and quiet. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast which is available with a discount if purchased the evening prior to dining.
