"Excellent place to stay. Staffs are friendly and they even speak good English. They go out of their way to help and guide you. The place was clean and well kept. Location of the property excellent - right opposite to the station . That has easy access to main Florence station."

"A beautiful hotel in a lovely little town. The staff were amazing, so helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I didn’t use the indoor pool or spa facilities so can’t comment on them. The outdoor pool is across the road and up a steep hill, so great if you have a car but not so much if you are on foot! Overall a very good stay."

"This is a great hotel for a stay near a city. The staff were friendly and the service was good. Breakfast was well thought out but we feel that the general menu for lunch and dinner needs improvement. The quality of the food we ate there was good though. The gym was lacking, very small. The pool area was a bonus, didn’t struggle to get a sun lounger, would have liked more staff presence here for a five star hotel. We heard that they were short of staff members due to long term illness though. Overall a good experience. The WhatsApp messaging service worked really well for booking gym, shuttle service (a great bonus for the location of hotel)."
