I stay here for business each month and the staff at the front desk could not be nicer or more accommodating. The property is on the slow train for renovations so you need to excuse some of the mess but my room tonight has been renovated and is clean and bright!
the front desk staff was very kind, they made sure of all our requests and check in was easy & fast. the rooms were in a good condition. clean and smelled fresh. the bedding was all new. had a very pleasant experience.
The room was very clean. The only thing I’d recommend would be to check the towels. I found some very long hair within the fibers of a couple of bath towels. Neither one of us has brown long hair.
