This property advertises the wrong rates for the rooms, when you get there they try to extort you to get the difference out of what Expedia is taking from them as far as taxes. The overall stay was okay but we shouldn't have to come to a hotel and then begin to have different prices told to us

Nice Hotel Lack of communication:- have been chatting them for one week before getting to the hotel, even asking for address on the day but when i arrived, the receptionist was confused, they can't see my booking. The lady i was chatting with called me and explained to her and she apologised, .Food was tasting but it took ages to get..

The only thing that I like was there was protection on the facility, It was clean they came and cleaned the room but I booked that room. And they didn’t seem to acknowledge that, my fiance just went there the day before I flew in and when I entered. The key should of been handed to me, not him he was wondering why that was too

When I walked in I had traveled over seas I booked the property, my fiance that was from Nigeria got there the day before me. When I entered and wanted the key they act like I wasn’t the one that booked it they showed my fiance more respect And gave him the key. There was an incident were I ordered food and there was a fly on my plate, that was horrific. And service was lacking only would bring one towel when there was 2 of us getting food would tiake 2 hours
