Good service. Hotel staff very helpful.

It's a little far from Venice and doesn't have a shuttle, but for us for one day it was a treat. We took a taxi that cost 30 euros each way, we had so little time it made it worth it. The place is lovely even if the paintings are a bit camp after you have seen the masterpieces in Venice. The grounds and interior are lovely, gracious, and comfortable. The pool is elegant, but I wish it were open longer, it was hard to make time to swim before or after our excursions. The rooms are very nice...

We were very pleased with this hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and are defiantly glad we did. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The room we had was great and the hotel staff were amazing and never hesitated to help us with anything we needed! It's also in a great location for to get to anything. Definitely recommend!

The property is new so for sure it looked great. I booked it because it is a very short walk to the Mestre Venice train station. It was easy to get to the canals, and I didn't have to pay crazy high prices. Also, I feel much more comfortable in modern clean settings. I was pleasantly surprised by the good restaurants that are very close to the hotel. Micheles, which was right across the street had awesome food. The hotel is lovely. We had trouble locating the water tower for pick up by the hotel.

Close to Mestre station. Great, responsive staff. It was mentally, physically, and emotionally challenging when I lost my luggage and had to spend extra money and wasted my time. It rained during my entire stay, and trains were delayed due to national strike. I was in a hurry and left my phone before I checked out. I panicked. But the staff, especially Olesea's hospitality, kindness, ans quick response was a great comfort for me. I can't thank the staff enough. Thanks for being my great memory...

Wonderful staff, very comfortable room and bed with a great working AC! The included breakfast was by far THE BEST breakfasts we had in ALL of Italy! There are zero views to be had at this location however the convenience of being so close to water taxis, shuttle services and transportation to and from the airport was excellent. Recommend this property to everyone hands down!

This was a well located property in mainland Venice. A quick 10-15 minute train or bus ride to classic Venice. The walk to the bus or train station is about 5-7 minutes. Tourists stay on the mainland because it’s got bigger rooms at a much lower price and are more modern for this price range (not talking about the luxury hotels in classic Venice). The hotel was large, clean, felt safe, and very convenient location. My only note was a blind shutter pulley fell down and nearly missed my head...

Hotel Plaza Venice is an upscale property with clean and spacious rooms. We booked a 2 King bedroom for 4 adults and the room was large and the bathroom was big with a walk in shower with a hand held shower spray and a large ceiling rain shower head. There was a separate room for the toilet. The beds were medium firm and not rock hard, so that was OK for all of us that like soft beds. If you have an early flight departing Marco Polo Airport, staying at this hotel is the way to go. This is my second stay in the past three months; and they did not disappoint! With their extensive shuttle service that operates from 04:40 until midnight, no worries about getting to the airport on time. This service is only 5 euros per person. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was great for our stay and 3 minutes or so to the train station, but it was still very quiet. We used the train to go to Venice 2 days and one day each to Verona and Milan. The staff was friendly. The beds were quite firm though. The room had a water kettle and a coffee maker. We only ate breakfast there one day prior going to the airport and it was good and had a variety of food. Overall it was excellent for our needs although not luxurious.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided information to help us out with the area and transportation. The breakfast was delicious and the area was very clean.

Rooms were very comfortable and hotel was easy to get to from the airport and train station. Front desk and service staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having a good time. Dinner was exceptional.

The room was fine, and it was nice that they had an electric kettle to make tea. There's no restaurant at the hotel but they have a shuttle that will take you over to a nearby one, just a few blocks away, for free. I was a bit disappointed that the airport shuttle was 15 euros and only took about 4 minutes to get there.
