The receptionist who checked us in was very polite and friendly. The room and bathroom were quite spacious and very clean. Everything was well thought out. The breakfast could need a little improvement, but as someone in the hospitality industry, it didn’t bother me much."

Concorde Old Bucharest Hotel

"After a room mix-up, when we arrived to check in, everything was corrected by the next morning. Our room was large, airy, and comfortable. There is a very nice buffet breakfast with a wide selection to suit varied taste. The staff was very helpful and courteous. This hotel is in the heart of Old Town, allowing for unhurried exploration, and casual dining. The only negative was that there are a lot of stairs to climb to get to the check in desk. There is a long steep ramp to accommodate pushing/pulling up your luggage to check in. There is no attendant to help. Other than that, I highly recommend this hotel."
