The staff was very hospitable and professional: Zied, Bisma, Miryam, Mohammed, and everyone else from the front desk to room service was top notch. Rooms were clean. The gym is amazing. Breakfast was satisfying. MFF Coffee House is comparable to a third wave cafe and I'm quite a coffee snob :) There are nice restaurants next to the hotel (especially Ala Turca) and a market as well. Overall a great pick for us because we had things to do in Tetouan.
A truly amazing resort and spa. The villas are spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The staff were all extremely skilled, helpful, and friendly. The amenities abounded, and the spa offered many services.
We had a lovely paella at the Mediterranean restaurant on site.
Having pools and the sea accessible was also wonderful.
The hotel is very clean and nice however there were construction activities in the hotel in which they should reduce their prices accordingly the construction start very early in the morning and blocks the beach access, the kids club is nice but there is no activities so you must stay with the kids!!
The location of the hotel is nice quite, value for money is medium comparing to other countries I visited. However in Morocco it is little on the high end.
We had an excellent stay from A to Z! The property was clean and well maintained, and every member of the staff was incredibly helpful. From the valet and front desk to the waiters and chef, everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
