Beautiful new hotel, in a very quiet and safe area

My husband and i stayed here for his birthday. It was a great experience. We booked ste 8. It was the biggest room on the property and has a private entrance. There are many things to do in the area. We had a great personable experience. We will definitely be back in the future.

I had such a great experience this past weekend. Glenda was the front desk person, they were slammed with reservations due to a local power outage. Their systems were down and she had to manage everything on her own. She handled the situation with poise and grace. As I walked through the lobby, not one person was complaining or getting frustrated because of how well she handled the situation. She was a diamond through her whole shift. All of the signs in the restrooms (towels, call down to desk and ask for toothbrush/paste) it was very clean and nice we loved it and would probably come back

Have stayed here multiple years and enjoy the experience. Helpful staff (they even went next door to get ice for me, as they have no ice machine). Room amenities are above average.

A Gem!!! Exceeded every expectation. From the keyless entry and room security, to the floor by floor internet, full chef’s kitchens and common spaces, the facilities are contemporary and luxurious. The 20’ high ceilings and attention to every detail made this property standout. We were able to meet and personally thank the owner for his efforts I making this an impeccably pleasant retreat.

We always enjoy our stay when heading to Milwaukee to see a Cubs game. Great location and the staff are awesome.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Only downfall is the police department and fire department are both right next door. So we did hear sirens multiple times during the stay.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Spacious room with high ceilings and lots of windows. The breakfast was great. Only warning is it is in a busy area and there is a fair amount of street noise

We enjoyed our stay so much earlier in the month, that we booked another stay. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast had plenty of options and they set out free treats at night. My kids loved the rice Krispie bars. If we have another dance comp in the area, we will definitely be staying again.

The Breakfast Attendant Scott Meisenheimer was very nice and attentive. He always went above and beyond to ensure that you were taken care of and did not need anything. He tried to help in anyway he could. Thanks to people like him my families stay was very nice.

They had options to buy beer and snacks without going out of the motel.

We love skiing and stayed there for 3 nights. Staff was friendly and welcoming. In the lobby you could always find a cup of fresh coffee or tea. Firness room was cute as a buttom, not too big, not too smal and they had everything you need to stay in shape while you travel: cardio and weight lifting equipment. I was impressed and used it with great pleasure! The swimming pool and hot tub were incredibly clean and well taken care of! We enjoyed it! My special Thank you to the lady providing...

We loved everything about this property. The Lady at the front desk who was the supervisor (Jolene?) was awesome. Dominque was one of the cleaning ladies with such a bright attitude and great smile. Our room was above and beyond what we expected. We LOVED it all and will be back. Thank you so much Knickerbocker on the Lake!
