"Beds were extremely uncomfortable (king size and and pull out Pool small but fine for kids to jump in Feel it’s gotten well used and needs a good deep cleaning - our bathroom had hair on the counter and garbage under table "

"The Laundry Room is a really nice place but a couple of things let it down. The online check-in process is confusing. It should be a simple step by step process but it is not clearly described and things change. I was expecting emails as described but got expedia messages, whatsapp messages and emails. Also it was a very cold time of year and the apartment is well heated but we could not lower the temperature in order to sleep. The thermostat was turned down to 16° but room temp stayed at 22.5°."

"We have stayed many times over the past 3-4 months at this location. This time around wasn’t the greatest. Upon arrival the floor we were on had an issue with the pipping and there was a towel on the floor and the oder wasn’t the greatest. The Tv in the room wasn’t working properly and the handle on the fridge was broken as well. We were shocked at this as we have stayed here before. "

"Main issue is parking at this hotel It is a public paid lot that you pay an additional $22 at the hotel Unfortunately it is not guaranteed We stayed on a Thursday and were forced to drive around and around waiting for someone to leave and then had to use another lot roughly three blocks away and pay $10 more Then we had to move our vehicle later when space was available late at night Not convenient at all"

"Clean room, spacious and nice. Breakfast was good, though the dinning area was a little small. Amenities were good. Parking was fine "

"The hotel is clean and quiet, that serve me well, I just stayed there for a few days to attend a course. I stayed in a non smoking area, so not cigarette's smell. If you are not picky about the facility, such as having a swimming pool or a gym, this hotel is a reasonable price to stay in Burlington. Most customers are middle age to seniors, quiet and peaceful. I got an unexpected charge at my last day, lucky that my visa card gave me an alert of the charge that is not belong to me. I went downstairs to see the hotel staff, she admitted it is a mistake and reverse the charge. Lucky that I found out earlier, so just spent me a few mins to settle the case."
