L'atmosfera calda ed accogliente di questo piccolo ma confortevole gioiello ai piedi delle montagne innevate ha lasciato sicuramente un piacevole ricordo. La ragazza che ci ha accolto all'arrivo e la padrona di casa sono state molto gentili e calorose e ci hanno subito accolto con simpatia e calore. We certainly found a high level of comfort - beds, hotel amenities generally - as well as the most sympathetic and helpful reception imaginable. The breakfast buffet deserves its award: great variety and high quality. The patronne and her staff were attentive and quickly made us feel at home. Altogether a lovely ambiance for any kind of stay. ...

"Habitaciones amplias, excelente espacio de parqueo atrás.
En la calle de la vuelta hay varias opciones de restaurante (fuimos a Caropepe nos fue excelente e incluso nos ayudaron llamando por teléfono para el Check-in a las 10 pm). El servicio durante el check-in en la noche fue bastante amable, solo hay que tomar en cuenta que no hay personal en la noche en los apartamentos, entonces hay que llamar por teléfono, pero todo salió muy bien."

Linen was provided free of charge, as were cleaning items for the flat and enough plates, cutlery and kitchen items, which some reviews had said were either extra or not available, but I believe towels were extra (we bought our own). Staff were helpful, place was very well located next to the lift and a 5 minute walk to the supermarket. There is underground parking, but it’s height...
