"The property has some wear and tear and needs some renovations. While I had a few issues with housekeeping and my spa appointment, I must say the management reached out to quickly rectify the situations, which helped make my stay a little better. While I won't be back it's more about the facility and amenities and less about the customer service "

"Guests should not have to pay $19 per day for parking, and not have to download a clunky app to pay. This was a real negative in an otherwise good stay"

"Planning for another year for SXSW2026 and making my hotel stay with SpringHill Austin North for the first time. I must say upon arrival with lots of places to explore surrounding the hotel made me very pleased at my selection. From the check-in to the location of my room and the breakfast this was more than expected and well pleased stay. Plenty of free parking and safe access for late entries. Looks like this will be a regular bookmarked and fav for every visit I have to make now to Austin. "

"Pros: The property and room were clean. Area around property seemed safe and no issues with parking. Front desk staff was friendly, check in & out easy. Free breakfast choices were very good. Cons: Although the property sits away from the highway, you can still hear traffic especially motorcycles and 18 wheelers driving past. Bedding had strong bleach smell, but were clean. Had difficulty drifting off to sleep due to tree branches scratching against our bedroom window, it was very windy that night. After finally falling asleep, I was awakened at 10:30 pm to repetitive thuds, and loud talking/yelling. Unbeknownst to us the property has a basketball ball court, the court was just below our rooms window. Due to the tree covering our bedroom window, I couldn't really see out of window very easily, but realized it was a group teenagers playing basketball. The thuds that woke me up were the basketball being bounced, and hitting the metal backboard and rim. The teenagers yelled, laughed and talked loudly while playing their game. Naturally I couldn't go back sleep until they quit playing about 11:30 pm. Definitely not a quiet location. "

"Clean room and nice staff"

"Our family of four had a really pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the resort itself is beautiful with great views. There was plenty for our kids to enjoy—between the pool, mini golf, s’mores hour, and game room, they were never bored. We also appreciated how easy it was to get in and out of the resort. There were a couple of downsides. The service at the pool could definitely be improved, as staff didn’t feel very friendly or attentive. We also ordered room service twice, and both times our order was incomplete. That said, the staff was apologetic and handled it professionally. Overall, despite a few service hiccups, we had a nice stay and really enjoyed the property and amenities."
