"The JW Marriott Resort was absolutely breathtaking. The property is massive, with so many areas and restaurants that I didn’t even get a chance to experience everything due to time constraints. I stayed for a week in December, and the Christmas decorations throughout the resort added such a magical, festive touch—it truly elevated the entire atmosphere. From the moment my car arrived at the hotel, I was completely speechless. There was this overwhelming feeling of awe that’s honestly hard to put into words. It was one of those moments where you just feel how special a place is. My room exceeded all expectations. I stayed in a deluxe cabin, and it was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed. The bathroom opened into the bedroom, which made the room feel even more luxurious and open—just stunning. The staff truly made this experience unforgettable. A very special shout-out to OY at the concierge desk, who planned my tours and went above and beyond to make sure my vacation was seamless and memorable. She genuinely took care of me. The front desk team and the JW Café staff were also exceptional—warm, professional, and attentive at every interaction. Another huge shout-out goes to the team at Ginja Restaurant. If you’re traveling solo and craving amazing Thai food, this is a must-visit. The staff makes you feel right at home, and the food is outstanding. "Greatest and most respectful staff. Game makes the best breakfast, and Ben took great care of our room. Gym was great, pool was great, vibes were great. Good middle spot to move around Phuket. Boats also offered various stops to islands. Support the local small kiosks too, the food is amazing."

"Its a new hotel so everything is very modern and fresh. Everyone is very helpful and nice. Staff is reacting immediately to fulfill all the requests. For Thai standard this place is quite clean. There is always new bottle of water after every cleaning. I want to thank our cleaning lady who’s as always very friendly! Pool is very clean and it’s quite peaceful there - good place to chill when is super warm. The best experience we had was with breakfast - incredible! Amazing food, variety of cuisines from all over the world, and everything was very fresh! I want to thank Min for amazing coffees every morning and every kitchen/breakfast for great service! "
