"The resort was lovely. Large with lots of pools and restaurants. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are a bit old and not very luxurious, compared to the hotel which is very nicely renovated, but clean and well kept."

"What an amazing resort! It was our first time in an Ikos Property. It was a delightful experience. The property is gorgeous and exquisitely well maintained. The staff is kind and does everything it can to make the guests feel welcome and happy. Kudos to their recruiting and training teams. The white glove service is everywhere. The food is very good and the choices are plentiful. We also took advantage of the car provided with our package to visit the island a little and it was great. It would have been nice if more aquatic activities were included and provided by the resort like sailing or waterskiing like you get in much more affordable resorts like Club Med."

"Room was amazing , I chose the private pool… and it was a nice size and lots of privacy ! Everyone was great , … my only frustration in paying for all inclusive yet wanting to also see the island was everything shuts down re food at 9:30 pm .. including room service etc …. Also filled first day some sodas and such in the fridge however no way to open them as it needed an opener , and key card in the slot so when you came back at end of day fridge was warm, room very warm and stuffy etc … , beautiful place"

"Just a quick stopover to Kos then I am off to Bodrum, this was close to airport and lovely beaches, the hotel was apartments, rooms had everything needed. The staff are amazing, very welcoming and friendly. The local bus stop which takes you to the airport and Kos Town, in one minute from the hotel, so very handy. Great Pool. Highly recommend. Thanks for having me."

"Perfect for families. Step free access for those with pushchairs, although, when you’re there, it’s unlikely you would need to use it. The swimming pools are lovely and clean. Beach towels are provided so no need to pack your own. The rooms are quite spacious. Lovely modern bathrooms. We did have a bit of an ant problem in our bathroom but nothing too problematic. There’s a wide choice of food at the buffet. They grow a lot of their fruit and veg on the premises. You will see vegetable patches between the bungalows. Staff were very attentive and friendly. The children’s area is a little tired and could do with a refresh. Otherwise, a very lovely resort. Recommend booking your transfers to and from the airport. There are taxis but you could be waiting a long time for them. It can be costly depending on where you’re going. We befriended a taxi driver who took us into the town centre so used him again to take us to the airport. Also recommend getting to the airport a minimum of 3 hours ahead on the way home. Checking in and getting through security is a lengthy processes and quite a few of us had to get fast tracked to our plane because it started boarding by the time we made it to Duty free."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff at reception, the bars and restaurants were very helpful and friendly. We used the beach more than the pool but both were excellent. Although there was was only one restaurant, the buffet served different meals throughout our holiday. There was also pizza and gyros available at the beach."
