What impressed us most was the exceptional customer service. We especially want to recognize Ms. Tran, who warmly welcomed us and personally showed us our room at check-in, and Ms. Lam, who remained attentive throughout our stay and continuously worked to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our room. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern were greatly appreciated. During our stay, we raised a concern about our room. Although it took some time to fully resolve, the staff took our concern seriously from the beginning, listened carefully, and made every effort to find a solution. We never felt dismissed, and the team remained committed until it was resolved to our satisfaction. For us, the true measure of hospitality is how a hotel responds when something needs attention. The team truly distinguished themselves in this respect. Combined with the excellent location, outstanding breakfast, and warm hospitality, their service made our stay memorable. We sincerely appreciate the care shown to us, particularly by Ms. Tran and Ms. Lam, and would gladly stay here again."

"Outstanding Stay at Da Nang Marriott Resort & Spa We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Da Nang Marriott Resort & Spa and couldn’t have been more impressed with the experience. The staff not one but all were exceptional—extremely attentive, friendly and professional, and always happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The resort facilities were absolutely fantastic. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with an incredible variety of fresh, high-quality food, and we ate the local cuisine. In fact, the food was so good that we ended up staying at the resort for lunch and dinner as well, rather than venturing out! The pool facilities were fantastic, and the entire resort was beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, tidy and immaculate throughout. Our room was spacious, extremely comfortable and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, this was one of the best resort experiences we’ve had. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely return and would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Da Nang Marriott Resort & Spa to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Da Nang. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
