"I was really pleasantly surprised by this little gem in Dubrovnik. The location was great for me as it was situated in the middle between the Old Town & the port & bus station. It was a short walk to both. Bolt is available & super cheap as well as a good local bus service if you don’t want to walk. I was very impressed by the lady manager, she was super friendly & accommodating & even took my bags for me as I was feeling tired & unwell after a long journey when I arrived. The room is basic...

"Comfortable property. It's important to understand the physical fitness required to stay inside the walled city of Dubrovnik. Climbing 100s of stairs on uneven surface without a handrail is required. Otherwise this is a tremendously fun way to visit Dubrovnik. We did have some rental communication difficulty resulting from a change in check in procedure while flying that did not reach us. "

The washing machine is a real plus. There is a bus stop a couple of minutes away which will quickly get you to the old town, the port, etc. The port is a very easy walk. The old town is also walkable but a bit longer."
