El dueño es muy amable y atento. Está enfrente de la estación de camiones, caminando del puerto y en frente hay una estación de autobus. es perfecto y cómodo.

Friendly staff, very clean room, fresh towels daily. It's also located near a bus stop and the main bus station. Would stay here again.

The owner, Luca, was very welcoming and friendly. He helped carry my bags up the stairs from the street to my room. The room and property was very clean and comfortable.

Ora Luxury Rooms are immediately opposite the main bus station in Dubrovnik making it a perfect location for airport transfers (€15 euro return) and buses every 10/15 minutes into the Old Town (€5 return or included in €40 Dubrovnik day pass). The host Luko was an absolute gentleman, meeting me at the bottom of the steps (only about 10 of them) to carry my suitcase to the accommodation and the same on departure. Just let him know what time you are arriving. The rooms are immaculate and well equipped with kettle, glasses, hair dryer and fridge. The accommodation is in the port area but it felt very safe and there are cafes seconds away. I felt it was the perfect choice for my needs.

Great location if you need to easily get to the bus station the next morning like we did. Two good restaurants right next door. Luka, our host, was super helpful and kind.

Very nice and well kept rooms. Friendly staff (father and son). Waited for us to arrive with the late flight. We sadly only stayed one night. Next time will be a longer stay :-)

Spacious and clean rooms. Central location with a bus stop and a large supermarket right next to the accommodation. A very pleasant and friendly host. Thank you so much for the gift for my 50th birthday. I would definitely recommend this place.

We arrived late and soaking wet due to weather and transport issues. Our host kept in communication and stayed back to meet us and provided extra towels and a warm welcome. Location was opposite the bus station which made arrival and departure easy. Local bus was a 20 minute ride to the old town. Restaurants and supermarkets close by.

Luka met us upon arrival. He showed us the room and made sure we understood the amenities. Very cordial, professional and inviting. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again if in the area. Very welcoming!

8/10 Muy bueno

Very clean and modern room, quite small. Owners were excellent, good position close to Autobus , ferries and local bus. Unfortunately the fridge did not keep anything cold, and the weather was extremely hot, so that was a real dampener. We drink English tea, and Luka kindly supplied some for us.

Luca was very helpful! There is no elevator but he hauled our heavy bags for us. The room is very modern and clean, WiFi was fine. Easy walk to the port and the bus stop for Old Town is right there at the entrance. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic stay! Our room was ready early, our host explained everything about the room. It wasn't a big room but such a fantastic use of space! Plenty of storage, lighting, hot water and even a mini frig. Despite being on a busy street it was completely quiet. Would stay again!
