"Do Not Recommend this hotel. Only toiletries is shampoo and a soap. Showers have no doors, water everywhere. No hand soap. Air conditioner and fan didn’t work. We asked the front desk and the front desk guy said he will send someone to look at it and no one showed up. And food from restaurant was not good. Plus we were barely paying the server and he made it clear that the tip has to be 10%. We were not leaving yet and him stating that was inappropriate. We never leave without giving a tip but honestly this place doesn’t deserve it."
"I stayed here for several days. Its a small family run hotel in the historic area of Cuernavaca. You can walk to everything. The staff and the owner were very nice. They helped me in many ways like arranging a car to mexico city at a reasonable price. The restaurant was very good . I enjoyed the breakfasts. I would stay again if i went to Cuernavaca."
"Not very friendly staff , parking lot attendant very annoying always asking you if leaving as well the front desk people always asking that , buffet over priced for cold and very little variety of food, drinks from the bar not well made it look like a 2 year old made them"
"Una propiedad antigua impresionante porque es única. Todos los que atienden son súper amables. La casa es completamente bella, única, y confortable. Justo en el centro histórico. Encantados con esta estadía! The uniqueness of this antique property is impressive. Hostesses are kind and very helpful. Grounds are neatly kept and the rooms are fabulously comfortable; the breakfast option was excellent the location is conveniently right at historic center. Loved our stay!"
