The staff was really nice and helpful. There is some street noise but only in the morning.
Some smells are coming from the shower drain. But everything else was ok, the rooms are clean.

The Worst experience ever.
Towels very dirty looking like a floor mop.
The bed was Very cheap and hard, not able to fall sleep. Bathroom it was a nightmare. No hand soap. Very narrow space. I only stay one night. Then I did move to Hotel Borda. It was much Better. And the staff… the worst in the industry

Mi estancia fue corta pero muy grata, la atención de 10, servicio muy bueno. Estacionamiento aunque pequeño, dejas tu auto y el personal del hotel acomoda tu vehículo. Equipo Hotel Ruah, mil gracias por el servicio. Vuelvo a regresar seguro!!!

Personal amable, habitación con poca privacidad, las cortinas eran muy finas y dejaban pasar la luz y ninguna privacidad, tenía ventilador de techo pero se apagaba al apagar la luz. En la regadera estaba defectuosa y el desagüe estaba tapado.
