"Communication was awesome. I asked if it was possible to do early check-in and they did it for a fee. It was better than paying for a full extra prior day. I also asked for airport transportation service, and they were quick to respond to my needs. Always asking if there is anything they can assist with and I am grateful for that. "This property is the closest to BOG Airport. And they provide a shuttle to the terminals every 30 mins. The staff are super helpful, no matter the time of arrival/departure. I had a particularly short turnaround time on this itinerary. Literally just needed a place to shower and sleep before going right back to the terminal. The rooms are huge and spacious. The bed was clean and firm. The lobby and restaurant areas are very modern."
