We enjoyed our one night stay. The hotel was clean and designed beautifully. The only issue is getting there. Be prepared to pay about 20 pds if you Uber to and from the airport. They do have a shuttle which may be more cost effective but it is about ~10-15pds. All in all, we would stay again.
The couple that runs the Lawn Guest House have thoight of everything...from tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in the room to an excellent guide book written with their guests in mind. Restaurants, pubs, and shopping are an easy 3 to 10 minute walk.
We had a late arrival and they went out of their way to accommodate us.

I had a 20+ hour layover through Gatwick Airport so I decided to book a night. The guest house was quite delightful and I'd definitely recommend it. A very inexpensive bus fare from the south terminal of the airport will drop you off near this locale (about 1 minute walk after the bus stops). I loved the location as it is about 6-10mins away from the airport and I even decided to take the express train to visit a few key points in London for the afternoon. My room was very clean and I...
We rented a car while staying there. Were shocked we couldnt park have free parking. We consulted with Kevin at concierge. He accomodated us and was very helpful
This was an absolutely gorgeous property. The room was huge and the staff was incredibly helpful. We were there on an off night so we had the place to ourselves. The sun room had amazing views of the vineyard and was perfect in the morning for breakfast. I would gladly stay there again in a heartbeat.
This is an absolutely wonderful place to stay! The staff was so welcoming and professional. The bar was cozy and the drinks were fabulous! We loved it!
