"Received a warning about making noise & definitely was not us but the room next door. Falsely accused. We are seniors & just returned from casino shortly after midnight & went straight to bed. We heard the commotion going on next door. Loud talking , doors slamming, out on their balcony caring on. We wish to stay again & have always enjoyed our stay but you have lost our business if the warning doesn't get removed from our file."

"Overall, this is a large hotel with a lot going on at once. It’s great for families looking for waterpark access—this is definitely the place for that. However, if you’re looking for a more relaxing stay, I’d recommend requesting a room on the 19th floor or higher, as it’s noticeably quieter. The elevators can get very crowded depending on the time of day. The staff was friendly, but the layout of the hotel can be a bit confusing at times. I’d rate it 4 stars overall, mainly for the convenience—having coffee and food options right in the hotel is a big plus. If I were to stay again, I’d go for the presidential suite—the one with the bathtub next to the window. Just a heads up, there’s only one or two rooms like that. I thought I had booked it based on the listing showing a bathtub, but that wasn’t the case. Have fun "

"My boyfriend planned a trip to the falls for my birthday and booked this hotel. The front desk lady was super rude, condescending and unhelpful. I wish I could remember her name. Older lady, clearly hates her job and dislikes customers. I used to work in hospitality, in hotels (Im from the falls) at front desks for many years. I was pretty taken aback by her attitude after we simply inquired about a late checkout. She laughed and said absolutely not they were too busy. Mind you this was a November weekend in the falls. But that was no big deal, we just thought we would ask. She didnt explain where the room was, where to park, or how to get there. We had to ask about all of that ourselves. No explanation about anything at the property just checked us in and put the keys on the desk. The room itself was very nice. Modernized. Spacious. Very clean. Didnt end up using the jacuzzi tub - we were out later that night then we expected to be. The bed was comfortable. The hot water and water pressure were great. Microwave and mini fridge in the room worked without issue. They had carts for all the luggage which was quite handy. Tv could be a bit bigger but we didnt have time to watch much. The blackout curtains dont really cover the sides of the window, no matter what you do. So it was very bright in the room very early. Very noisy outside the room in the morning as well."

"The check in was delayed for two hours. The hotel is undergoing construction and we were woken up at 7 am by construction sounds . They should close the hotel entirely if it’s going under this extent of renovation and can’t manage guests"

" pillows were so uncomfortable. The room was great otherwise. The parking price is ridiculously expensive. First night was $40 and second night $80 ….. the rooms were just renovated. And there was some drilling noises unfortunately still. Corso restaurant was amazing. "

"Wasn’t in the room much besides to sleep, the view was great, $50 a night for parking wasn’t expected but it is what it is They could do with some updating of the bathroom tub/jacuzzi or find a better way to clean it, around the rims didn’t look great, didn’t bother trying it out, overall, for someone who used the place just to sleep and see the pretty view, great, They offer coffee tea, small instant complimentary things but no real hot breakfast. Staff was very polite, extremely friendly can’t say anything bad about that, they were wonderful "
