"John at front desk was amazing. He offered us towels upon arrival during a storm. Upgraded our room to a corner suit, overall went above and beyond!!! Hotel location is great, good restaurants and cafes just down the street. Will stay here again if we ever return to Hamilton"

"Excellent location - an easy walk to the Hamilton art gallery and a concert venue (First Ontario,). Indoor parking is secure for $20. Very quiet room was appreciated. Full kitchen in room a handy possibility as was the immaculate laundry room downstairs. Breakfast buffet ,with many simple choices was dandy. Super nice staff! "

"Tons of things to do, and places to visit nearby! Many stores are within walking location, if not less than 10 minutes away from the property. The room we stayed in was absolutely perfect, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and filling as well. "

"The staff very friendly Sam ( valet) , Gurbir front desk, spa staff. Amazing made me feel special and respected. No complications with check in or out. Love all amenities up to standard. "This old charmer has seen better days, but the owners are obviously determined to their best under the circumstances. Our room was clean throughout, with only a slight odor of disinfectant in the hallways. Any staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Although the menu lacked depth, the restaurant was well run and our server was excellent. The portions of both our meals exceeded expectations! Apparently, the restaurant is well-known locally for its Schnitzel, and any praise is...

"Sandman hotel is just south of Burlington skyway bridge. It is a clean and well maintained hotel. There's a walmart nearby and and Denny's & Moxies restaurants on the property. Good hotel to stay at if you are staying in Hamilton and need to get on the highway fast."

"Overnight for a flight back to the states. Comfortable, clean and quiet. airport shuttle was very efficient and easy to use. Great coffee machine in the lobby. Latia, regular or Capuchino. Nice treat. Nice restaurant and bar on site. I would absolutely stay here again. "
