The location is ideal; a tree-lined street in a vibrant but safe neighborhood. Many cafes, parks, and restaurants nearby. Metro station is very close. I had Internet issues, but those could have been my equipment. Recommended!"

Room was clean, comfortable and quiet - we booked a Suite - and we ate breakfast outside the hotel. The area around the hotel felt safe and quiet, and the MUT (Mercado Urbana Tobalaba) is walkable and includes a great food court in the basement. "

"This hotel is still my favorite one in the area. Nice, big and clean rooms. Their breakfast is really good. The only part I didn't like was the construction during my stay. After suffering the drilling noise, I requested to get moved to a lower floor. The staff was very helpful about it and the noise level was almost unnoticeable in my new room.
