"This hotel is definitely much more than just a place to sleep after you discover Amsterdam. Their delicious breakfast and generous social hours made the experience memorable. The hotel has the friendliest staff and the concierge made amazing recommendations. The room itself was clean, spacious, and traditionally luxurious, where I truly felt like royalty sipping coffee from those porcelain cups. My street view was amazing during the day, and the blackout curtains made it easy to sleep-in after a fun night. I had the best experience at Kimpton De Witt and I definitely recommend!"

Very central location. Inside the hotel was nice and staff was outstanding. Outside the property / the side walks are pretty dirty and the area is very busy. Felt safe though.
While waiting for our car service outside, the front desk staff kept coming out and checking in with us. She was so nice."
"Great hotel in an excellent location. Staff very helpful and the best fresh cooked breakfast we’ve eaten. We were even surprised to find a cake in our room as a gesture of goodwill to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
Unfortunately our room wasn’t clean to the standards you would expect for a hotel of this calibre. Some days we were not sure if the cleaner had even been in to clean the room.
Other than that we were very pleased with our stay."
"This property is in the heart of Amsterdam and close to everything. The hotel is quite nice and we chose the small room overlooking the canals. Beautiful view of the sunset! The room was very clean with wood floors. Previous reviews noted the rooms were very small and that’s true it was compact but everything one would need is there and honestly I really liked it! The staff were warm and helpful and assisted us in getting a taxi back to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!"
